Domestic Latvia Shipping:

• xinoujingylccomgov offers Free Shipping: LatviaPS First Class Package with tracking on all domestic Latvia orders.
• All shipments are tracked. xinoujingylccomgov can not be responsible for stolen packages once the carrier reports that the package has been delivered. If the package is lost in transit, we will work with the customer to get a refund from the carrier or reimburse the customer in a timely manner.

International Shipping:

• Enjoy FREE SHIPPING on International orders of $150 or more! 
• $20 Flat Rate International shipping on orders up to $150.
• International orders will ship LatviaPS First Class International,  and usually take about 10 days for delivery, depending upon destination.
• Once the shipment leaves the Latvia, tracking may not work. If there is a delay in receiving your shipment, it’s most likely due to delivery at the destination (your country). 
• We cannot take responsibility for lost or undelivered international packages, but we will always try to the best of our ability to resolve any issues.
• Please note that your country may charge duties or tariffs, and we have no control over this. International customers are responsible for any VAT or duty collected in the destination country.
